Initial Consultation (75min-90min)
The initial consultation is an opportunity for Dr. Ingram to listen to your life history. It includes a thorough evaluation, a discussion of your goals, and formulation of a comprehensive treatment plan just for you. A comprehensive treatment plan may include a combination of lifestyle modifications, psychotherapy, ketamine infusion therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), supplements, and/or prescription medications. Lab testing, imaging studies, genetic testing, and other referrals will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Fee: $1,000.00
Second Opinion Consultation (75-90 minutes)
The second opinion consultation is an assessment similar to the initial consultation but is intended for individuals with complex medical histories who already have a psychiatrist and would like specific treatment recommendations or a second opinion. Dr. Ingram will work closely with your primary psychiatrist and treatment team to optimize your mental wellness. Dr. Ingram will also provide a comprehensive written consultation report for you and your referring physician. Fee: $1,000.00
Follow Ups (15min | 25min | 45min)
After the initial consultation, Dr. Ingram offers 15min, 25min, or 45min follow up visits depending on your mental health needs and wellness goals. These visits include a discussion of your progress with a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and medication management. Fee: $275.00 | $350.00 | $500.00
Services and Fees
Dr. Ingram limits the number of patients that he works with in order to ensure enhanced care and availability to each patient. He offers in-office consultations and treatment as well as sessions over secure video software. In order to provide the highest level of personalized treatment, Dr. Ingram does not accept insurance. He can provide you with a super bill that you may submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. However, Dr. Ingram cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, insurance reimbursement.

Patient confidentiality is important to us. Protected health information (PHI) will be maintained in a secure setting. Dr. Ingram uses Luminello, a user-friendly and HIPAA Compliant Electronic Medical Record (EMR). All forms or messages containing protected health information (PHI) will be sent through Luminello EMR and can be accessed through the Luminello patient portal. To access your unique patient portal through Luminello you must first receive an invitation email from Dr. Ingram. Call (213) 277-8372 for more information! After each visit, Dr. Ingram will document the encounter in Luminello. No protected health information will be disclosed to any entity without the written consent of the patient except in situations when federal or state law mandates disclosure of a patient’s protected health information. This will be reviewed at the patient’s first visit.
Please note that no person will be considered a patient of Dr. Ingram until after the initial visit.
